Since every retro arcade machine for sale on our website is fully custom built, build and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Upon making a purchase, we will be in touch to provide you with a more accurate timescale.

For UK Deliveries – Please Allow 4-6 weeks turnaround time (excluding transit time) on all of our custom-made arcade machines and custom bar top arcade machines.  We use our courier partner DPD to deliver your item. We offer free UK delivery for the entirety of our product catalogue.

For EU Deliveries – Turnaround times for EU orders will also take roughly four or six weeks (excluding transit times). Depending on your location we may be able to offer free delivery, but this will need to be confirmed with a member of our team upon purchase.

For Worldwide Deliveries – We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the UK and EU.

Yes, we are able to offer a broad range of Jamma Boards ranging from 815 to 1299 games. We are also happy to install Jamma Boards should your home arcade machine need an upgrade or replacement. Please speak to an Arcade Mania team member in regards to getting this arranged.  

Yes, we have built commercial arcade machines for a range of retail and commercial premises including pubs, bars, schools, universities and private sector companies. Our arcade machines for sale can also be customised with artwork to include brand colours and logos.

Ordering online through our website is 100% secure. We have a sitewide SSL and our payment gateway uses Stripe which is one of the best established, most trusted payment gateways available. All website files are held on a secure server which also has in-built security and virus detection preventing any hacking of files or databases. For extra piece of mind, it’s important to remember that your online transactions are covered by your debit or credit card.

In addition to online payment, we also accept debit card payments over the phone as well as BACS payments to our bank account if people prefer to pay that way. We are fully PCI compliant (security checked).

All of our multi game arcade machines come with full WIFI connectivity allowing access to the online storefront where thousands of extra games are available. Removing games can be done via the menu and there is even a setting for filtering by favourites. In theory, you could add even more ROMs to your console, although we only recommend this to the experts and don’t accept liability for any issues that may arise as a result.
