Of course! All our items come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which covers you against defects in workmanship and materials. If you incur accidental damage, you won’t be covered under warranty although you can always get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. For more information on warranties, click here.

We send out 2 replacement bulbs with any LED upgrade orders. In the unlikely event of a bulb failing, give us a call and we’ll walk you through its replacement. This is simple enough and requires access through the back door (so keep those keys safe!).

Our Classic and Mega Retro Arcade Machines come with over 10,000 games pre-installed. There are also thousands more than can be accessed for free via the online storefront. You can view our full list of arcade games here.

To make the cabinets easier to transport, they come in two separate parts. The bartop – which is the part on which you’ll be playing, and the stand – which serves to support the bartop and raise the machine to its full height of 150.4cm. Assembling the cabinet is as simple as locking the bartop into the stand which is extremely simple and will take no more than a few minutes at most.

Adding a logo is a great way to promote your brand. We’re happy to do this for you so get in touch before you order, and a member of our team will walk you through the process. All we require is a high-resolution image that can be printed in a large size without losing quality – we’re happy to help adjust this for you to ensure that your custom cabinet looks exactly the way you imagined it!
