For All UK Deliveries
Please Allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time on all custom made arcade machines/Bartop Machines/Table top Machines.
We use our courier partner DPD to delivery your item up to a maximum of £59.99 + VAT this includes packaging and extended liability to the value of your item.
For EU Deliveries
Please Allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time on all custom made arcade machines/Bartop Machines/Table top Machines, Excluding transit time.
We use our courier partner DPD to delivery your item up to a maximum of £89.99 + VAT this includes packaging and extended liability to the value of your item. DPD will Use one of there partners to delivery to your region.
We Currently do not ship to these destinations.
Please be advised that due to the terms set out by our payment gateways that all orders can only be sent to the address provided on the payment details. Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
This warranty does not include:
• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use forwhich the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damages incurred during transportation
• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
• Any used, previously displayed items
Arcademania.co.uk is a trading name of Arcade Mania Global Ltd Company Number 12369254 are confident that you’ll be very happy with the products that you purchased from our online store. We do appreciate that sometimes you might want to return your products back to us. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the products, with any packaging, wrapping, tags and labels intact and attached, EXCLUDING CUSTOM MADE ORDERS – as all Arcade Bartop & Stands, Bartop Machines, Arcade Machine Stands are bespoke custom-made orders designed to your design and theme.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days after this date we cannot make a claim per the courier T&Cs – EXCLUDING ARCADE MACHINES AND ARCADE MACHINES STANDS.
We send our Arcade machines and Arcade stands on a next day AM delivery to avoid damages, We strongly advice not to change the delivery day as it more likely to cause damages to your machine, AND by changing your delivery day with the courier the delivery agreement is now between you and the courier, and we will not take any responsibility for any damages caused as a result of you changing the delivery date or picking up direct from the courier pickup Hubs.
Arcade Machines and arcade machines stands, You must notify us within 3 days of any damage to the machine per the courier T&Cs after 3 days we are unable to make a claim under the extended liability, if you have purchased for a gift we still strongly advice to open the brown box and ensure all is well and free from damage to avoid disappointment of a claim not being upheld.
In the unlikely event your machine does arrive damage and you have notified us within the 3 day time frame, we will ask you to take photos of the damaged area and photos of the product in its entirety, and we will also require photos of the packaging in its entirety and clearly showing the shipping label, We will then arrange the courier to collect the machine and deliver back to us “Arcademania.co.uk” were we can assess the damage and find the best solution to rectify the damage with the least convenience possible to you the customer.
All our Arcade machines come with a 6 Months RTB warranty were we will rectify any hardware manufacturing defects:

If you are thinking of returning an item:
Ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping and anything that made up the whole of the original product is all included in the package and in its original condition.
Include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights:
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen days, from day after the item is delivered. This applies to all the products EXCLUDING CUSTOM MADE ORDERS on www.arcademania.co.uk. But we regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of custom-made orders.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 20 pounds. We will not be responsible or refund any monies if the package fails to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us. (e.g. Gift wrapping) As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge within 14 days.
