I was sceptical about ordering through eBay for this product but went ahead. I am so pleased I did. I am blown away by the customer service. The day following my purchase, I was contacted to confirm my choices for the machine to ensure no mistakes. I then was amazed to get daily updates regarding the building of my machine. I received daily photographs through WhatsApp as to the build process and regular phone calls to update the processes for running the unit. I genuinely can’t recommend the company and personnel highly enough as the unit was delivered on time and was professionally packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Had my machine almost 2 weeks now and love it. I have 2 kids who sit and play together on some of the more basic retro games. The machine looks great and was worth every penny. I changed my mind on part of my order but when I called up there was no issue at all and everything was adapted hassle free. Service is great. Product is great THANKYOU ARCADE MANIA

cannot recommend this company enough! Right from the start they where fantastic, Kazim was superb in answering all my questions both over the phone and email. Delivery was faultless also. I had some custom artwork I wanted on the machine itself and it looks BETTER than I could have hoped for! All my old favourite childhood games are on here and it's taken me a few months to write this review as I cannot stop playing on it 🤣. If you're thinking about ordering, just do it, faultless product and company.

It's important to know this is the first time I have EVER wrote a review on anything and I'm 38 years old. I brought an street fighter arcade machine ( standing ) for my two boys ages 7 and 4 for Xmas. Not only was this the best Xmas present by a country mile I honestly think it's the best present they've ever had. The reason for this review is because 2 months later, my boys absolutely still love this machine and I cannot get them off it. I thought they would get bored and go straight back to the Xbox/switch but they still want to play the arcade machine daily. The machine itself looks fantastic and plays even better. Arguably the best thing I've ever brought for the money. Also important to add the lads at the shop were wicked especially the young enthusiastic lad who made my machine. Can't rate this place enough and it's been that good that 2 months later I've decided to write a review. They even let my boys come in and play the machine before we brought one to test one out. I think they put a picture on there site of my lads playing one of their machines. A must buy.

Thank you to arcademania for helping us to bring back memories of the good old days. I order the street fighter arcade for a birthday gift. The machine was far better than expected. Their customer service are just awesome! Following all step of the production with you by message and checking by call and picture if everything fit your expectation before sending the arcade. Just an issue with the joystick when arrived but just because of the trip to France. The troubleshooting was done by video call on the same day and were able to use the arcade immediately. Very reactive thank you.

Absolutely love my arcade cabinet. I was hesitant at first but it’s the best money I ever spent! It’s such a stylish retro feature, almost all visitors comment on it and it generates so much nostalgia in everyone who sees it. Makes me smile every time I look at it and the 80s classic games are such a blast to relive, getting a hi score still has the same appeal after all these years. Showing the young ones what a real arcade game is never gets old. The kids love it. Must also add that the guys at arcade mania are also fantastic. They will take great care of you, support is second to none. Buy with confidence. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

I was searching on-line two weeks ago and after looking for the best place to buy a arcade bar top machine these guys came up top of the list. Joe and dean pulled off an outstanding service providing a beautifully put together bubble bobble theme. The parts and continents are all high quality and gaming system first class. 8000+ games on the machine will keep you busy. I have been playing it for a week now and still say omg when finding a game I played back in the day when I was 13 years old in my local video rental shop for 10p. Each of our cabinets are hand-built by a member of the Arcade Mania team resulting in a far more robust and high-quality final product. Naturally, this also allows us to customise various aspects of the machine including buttons, joystick types, colours, trim colours, artwork and more. Since every retro arcade machine for sale on our website is fully custom built, build and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Upon making a purchase, we will be in touch to provide you with a more accurate timescale.

For UK Deliveries – Please Allow 4-6 weeks turnaround time (excluding transit time) on all of our custom-made arcade machines and custom bar top arcade machines.  We use our courier partner DPD to deliver your item. We offer free UK delivery for the entirety of our product catalogue.

For EU Deliveries – Turnaround times for EU orders will also take roughly four or six weeks (excluding transit times). Depending on your location we may be able to offer free delivery, but this will need to be confirmed with a member of our team upon purchase.

For Worldwide Deliveries – We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the UK and EU.

Yes, we are able to offer a broad range of Jamma Boards ranging from 815 to 1299 games. We are also happy to install Jamma Boards should your home arcade machine need an upgrade or replacement. Please speak to an Arcade Mania team member in regards to getting this arranged.  

Yes, we have built commercial arcade machines for a range of retail and commercial premises including pubs, bars, schools, universities and private sector companies. Our arcade machines for sale can also be customised with artwork to include brand colours and logos.

Ordering online through our website is 100% secure. We have a sitewide SSL and our payment gateway uses Stripe which is one of the best established, most trusted payment gateways available. All website files are held on a secure server which also has in-built security and virus detection preventing any hacking of files or databases. For extra piece of mind, it’s important to remember that your online transactions are covered by your debit or credit card.

In addition to online payment, we also accept debit card payments over the phone as well as BACS payments to our bank account if people prefer to pay that way. We are fully PCI compliant (security checked).

All of our multi game arcade machines come with full WIFI connectivity allowing access to the online storefront where thousands of extra games are available. Removing games can be done via the menu and there is even a setting for filtering by favourites. In theory, you could add even more ROMs to your console, although we only recommend this to the experts and don’t accept liability for any issues that may arise as a result.

Of course! All our items come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which covers you against defects in workmanship and materials. If you incur accidental damage, you won’t be covered under warranty although you can always get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. For more information on warranties, click here.

We send out 2 replacement bulbs with any LED upgrade orders. In the unlikely event of a bulb failing, give us a call and we’ll walk you through its replacement. This is simple enough and requires access through the back door (so keep those keys safe!)

Our Classic and Mega Retro Arcade Machines come with over 10,000 games pre-installed. There are also thousands more than can be accessed for free via the online storefront. You can view our full list of arcade games here.

To make the cabinets easier to transport, they come in two separate parts. The bartop – which is the part on which you’ll be playing, and the stand – which serves to support the bartop and raise the machine to its full height of 150.4cm. Assembling the cabinet is as simple as locking the bartop into the stand which is extremely simple and will take no more than a few minutes at most.

Adding a logo is a great way to promote your brand. We’re happy to do this for you so get in touch before you order, and a member of our team will walk you through the process. All we require is a high-resolution image that can be printed in a large size without losing quality – we’re happy to help adjust this for you to ensure that your custom cabinet looks exactly the way you imagined it!
